My story is essential to tell because it’s the reason behind what I write, why I write it and how I intend to help you. After all, you are faced with a ton of possibilities for learning new workout programs, improving your health and living a better quality of life every day. Any blogger then just spite out science though. My intent is to do it with the same character and passion that I display daily to colleagues, clients and friends.

I’m a 6’6 former college basketball player who was dissatisfied with the current state of performance and physique enhancement so I set out to make it better and provide better information

I had to work hard to acquire the knowledge that I have today. Everything that I learned was because I had a passion to learn. The greatest gift that we have been given is the ability to dictate our health and physique. We can literally change our lives through working out, building lean muscle, losing fat, getting stronger and eating the proper foods at the correct times.

Every single day I strive to help more build and work with more clients that want to get an elite level with their performance, body and health so I’m going to provide the most cutting edge, out of the box information to help you achieve your goals. Everyday I try to get across my passion and knowledge for these topics and I hope it comes off in the articles.
