		<description>I rarely get DOMS in my biceps or forearms anymore...even on days when I work so hard that my forearms are absolutely wrecked to the point where I can\&#039;t hold the db\&#039;s or bars anymore!  If I\&#039;m not getting DOMS, does that mean I\&#039;m not working hard enough???

I\&#039;ll do various grip pullups and various types of curls (supinated with twist at end, EZ-Curl bar, etc.) I can\&#039;t hold the bars anymore because my forearms have nothing left in them, then how come I\&#039;m not feeling DOMS the next day?
