    i cant find the article of subject on your site to comment on it… but i have read it on other sites (maybe throw up a search function ?).. it would be cool if you could throw up a sample of a routine.

    The way i would do it from what i have read would be tri-sets for the the total body days for example: Day one: Row variation, horizontal push, Deadlift. Day two: vertical push, chin up , squat . minimum 5 or 6 sets of both with 1 to 2 minute rest between each cycle reps any where from 5 up..

    and for the other three days make them, push, pull and leg. 4 or 5 exercises for each sets of 3 or 4 for 6 – 15 reps..

    throwing abs in twice a week.
    And cuff work if necassary

    change exercises every 4-6 weeks..

    Only problem is, that is alot of work to put out on a regular basis if your train like a dog i don’t think you could last..

    any opinions or thoughts?

    btw read your article on tricks to conquer your skinny fat body genetics, good read on the mark i think..but i just read too much lol

    iv been trying stay the same weight and lose this fat.. it ain’t happening!

    i noticed that there aren’t many post thought i’d lob something up and see what comes out of it.

    BTW gave your article trick to conquer skinny fat a quick glance agian.. here u say to train 3 times a week for 4 weeks… is that meant to be like weeks for deloading because its the opposite of what you say in the first article i mentioned….?

    Thanks for the article. What’s the “article of subject on my site” that your trying to find but can’t? I have various different training articles on the site so some may recommend three days of week or training and other make recommend 4-5.
