I hear this argument alot. Which protein is better for women? Which protein is better for men? Whey protein or soy protein? The soy advocates don’t really have any ammo to throw at people that say that “whey is better”. If they have read a few articles they may point to the few studies that show that soy has positive effects but they’ll never bring up the negatives of soy for men and women.
