Hello everyone, I appreciate the response from my first weeks post . Things are going great . Hit the gym really hard today working on my shoulders and abs. I feel amazing so far . The Arnold is coming upon us and I’m really excited to step on stage. I would like to share my competition diet right now. Things may change but this is the bikini competition diet I am on right now . I will adjust as my body changes .

1 whole egg
4 egg whites
1/2 cup (measured dry) oatmeal
Top with blueberries

4 oz chicken breast
4 oz brown rice (measured cooked)
3 oz mixed veggies
10 almonds

4 oz chicken breast
3 oz brocolli
1 small yam (4oz)

4 oz tilapia or tuna
Hearty bed of spinach
Dress with a mix of 1Tbsp olive oil and 1Tbsp balsamic vinegar

3/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
3 oz mango
Top with sliced almonds

I also have a protein shake mixed with serving of uncooked dry oats … Cyto Sport Low fat cookies and crème is my favorite.

    Lacey,
    Thanks for posting your diet. I’ve tried to diet before but always get confused on how much I should eat.

    Do you feel hungry eating such little food? That has always been my problem.

    Looking great! What is your ab workout like? How many times per week do you train your stomach?

    I only train my abs once a week if you do it right once a week is all you need :) ….With the diet you have to spread out the meals to stay full … If you are a guy you would want to eat larger portions
