Natural Peanut Butter vs Almond Butter-What’s Better For Fat Loss

Which health fat source is better? Natural Peanut Butter or Almond Butter?

Everything done here is going to be using 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter almond butter. Remember, it’s good to constantly switch up your food sources so you prevent allergic reactions from eating the same thing too frequently.

Total Fat: 16

Saturated Fat: PB 2/ Almond 1.5

Carbs:  PB 7/ Almond 6

Fiber: PB 3/Almond 4

There you have it. It’s a toss up but I personally always go with natural peanut butter. I just love it, especially the crunchy kind.
