Supplements For A Better Nights Sleep For Under $15 Bucks

I just wrote this post about things that I’m doing to improve my quality of sleeping and I got such good feedback that I’m back with a part 2 of sorts discussing a few effective but very inexpensive supplements for a better nights sleep.

Before I continue, let me state that I want you to make sure your diet is in order and you’re following my 4 tips for a better nights sleep before you resort to supplements.

That being said, these supplements are very safe and effective. Here’s my stack.

5-HTP

An amino acid that converts in the brain into the neurotramistter of relaxtion, serotonin. Research has proven that you’ll experience a decrease in appetitie and improvement in your mood.

Melatonin

Probably the most powerful of the two supplements. Melatonin is a naturally occurring hormone that is secreted at night. Melatonin regulates the bodies internal clock and research studies support its role in improving sleep and shortening the number of times you awake during the night. It also reduces hostility and has a powerful anti-aging effect as well.
