Simple question, difficult answer. What are your fitness goals?
It’s not enough to “just workout” or “just eat good” anymore. Those goals are for part timers who just want to say that they “go to the gym”. Are you really like that?
I’m not but you should already know that by reading this site and checking out my pics.
So here’s my question for you, and it’s really serious, I want you to post below and interact with others.
How do you want to change your body before January 1st?
Are you a achiever or a talker?
Here’s my upcoming physique goals
1-Add 5-10 pounds of lean muscle mass. I’ve always accepted too much fat gain in the past to gain some size. It’s not healthy or sexy and I’m a combo of both health and sexiness.
So my focus is going to be on adding 5-10 lean pounds of muscle mass. Those are very attainable numbers.
2-Continue to hit cardio at least 2-3 times per week depending on my results. For too long, I’ve skipped cardio while trying to build muscle, not anymore. Depending how I progress, I may or may not perform it 2-3 times per week.
