Ava Cowan has literally come out of no where in the fitness industry lately. For most people, she’s a new face after signing with Gaspari nutrition and being the lead face in their marketing machine. I’ve known of her for awhile though and have seen her change her body from a far. The biggest question that she gets, I’m assuming, is “what’s ava cowan’s leg workout”?

The topic of diet foods has been on my mind lately. Can you have variety in your diet and still lose weight? Do you have to eat the same mind numbing, taste bub crushing foods day after day to lose fat or can you get your six pack abs while eating some tasty food?

It’s not a far fetched idea to think that most guys that head to the gym want to build their “upper” pecs. After all, all the big bodybuilding magazines talk about it and it’s all over fitness discussion forums. In reality, there isn’t such a thing as the “upper” chest but the point of this article isn’t anatomy. The fact remains, in any male that trains to look good and is dedicated that, the fastest chest growth will occur if you have a good upper chest workout. That’s how you can build your pecs.

Shoulders have always been my favorite bodypart. They have always been that area that I just wanted to be wide as all hell. It’s cool right? You wear a white t-shirt in the spring and you just look big. You walk on the beach in the summer and you just look big. Not to mention that it makes your waist smaller. All big pluses. The problem was, I wasn’t born with this natural wide clavicle like most meatheads that you see trying to look huge in the bar. The bench press, the ultimate chest training piece of equipment or so that’s what we’re told as teenagers growing up. It continues through high school and college too, everyone wants to know how much you bench press. It would be cool to answer that question but why bother? Why care about how much you bench press? A big bench press just means you can bench press a lot of weight, it doesn’t equal a big chest.
