When 2011 knocking on the door, it’s that time again. One of my favorite articles to write all year is my fitness and diet predictions for the coming year.

With all of the different diet and nutrition methods floating around in books and magazines and online, it’s easy for one to get confused about just what diet they should use and it’s understandable that most people want to “just diet”. The one thing that none of these diets take into account is the individual. Now I understand that no one can personalize a diet unless they work with you one on one so all of those authors that scream “personalize the diet to the person” need to stop stressing their vocal cords. It’s just impossible. Sadly though, most people jump right into a diet for results but jump over the start-up phase, which could potentially provide the biggest gains.
As I sit there getting all of the amazing tea benefits offered by green tea, I started thinking about other natural sources of food that have fantastic, yet very underrated, healing powers.
