Well this week has been interesting … The stair mill 2 times a day seems to be putting weight on me but not in a bad way(my bum feels like marble right now its looking good my friends
) I’m up 2 lbs but down one percent body fat . Its crazy when you get older how the muscles seem to mature. While training at a young age for my first show when I started to lose fat my muscle seemed to go with it .
