Is arachidonic acid a powerful muscle building supplement? What about to lose fat?
Most people seem to have a 50/50 type of response to arachidonic acid. Some people love it and others don’t get any result from it. We’ve been told not to have omega-6 fats in our diets and that’s correct. AA is a omega-6 fat so taking a AA supplement would raise our omega-6 fat level as well as pro inflammatory levels which are low when we consume high omega-3 fats.
So if your arachidonic acid levels are low then an arachidonic acid supplement can help you build muscle but I wouldn’t expect it to be a miracle.
