Here’s a really good reader question about arm training.
Q: Jimmy, my arm development is lagging behind the rest of my body. It’s coming along but not at the rate that I want it to. I train it once per week. I do some band curls twice per week on days other than my arm workout days. Is that too much?
A: It’s not too much volume at all especially if if you want bigger arms.Once I started working out some specific bodyparts twice per week I starting building muscle fast. That’s really when my physique started taking on a better, more defined look. It’s my belief that if people would get after it for a short period of time, that is train a bodypart that they want to improve more than once per week, that they’d start seeing results.
A short period of high volume and high frequency will work wonders for you.
