    I knew interval training was effective but didn’t know about where it started (the fat loss with the enzymes). A very interesting read. I have found the moreIi understand fat loss and the technical bits the more i enjoy it and want to learn and apply it..

    I just recently started doin interval workouts, and I could see progress in week one. I try to do at least 3 times a week. It is very benificial because fo me because of the short rest periods, ity is sort of like a aerobic weights workout.

    Yep yep and yep.
    I see a HUGE difference in my week when I do get out and do my Tibata run (by 8pm), on top of my morning workout. I need to implement it more often. It’s just getting myself into that mindset. 🙂
