What are the best foods to eat on the Anabolic Diet? I tend to be a slightly bland eater but you don’t have to be. Here’s a bunch of good Anabolic Diet recipes to help your body burn fat and build muscle while spending less time in the kitchen.

Anabolic Diet Breakfast Recipes

  • Scrambled Eggs with organic bacon: Using real butter to coat your pan, scramble your eggs and break up your bacon.  Fry until done and eat it up.
  • Scrambled Eggs with grass fed beef: Using real butter and pre cooked grass fed beef, scramble your eggs then spread the beef over. Add some ketchup if desired.
  • Scrambled Eggs with organic turkey and cheddar cheese: Break apart the cheese and turkey before you scramble the eggs


Anabolic Diet Snack Recipes

  • Ham and cheese rolled up: Layer a piece of ham on top of a piece of cheese until satisfied.
  • Beef Jerky with mustard: Dip some beef jerky in mustard, simple as that
  • Mixed nuts: any nut combination works

  • Whole wheat bacon and beef wrap: Get some grass fed beef and bacon and wrap it in a spinach tortilla
  • Chicken, Quinoa, Bean salad: Lettucce, tomatoes, quinoa, organic beans and free range chicken. Can’t eat enough
  • Sweet Potatoes and turkey slices: Get some deli turkey and boil some sweet potatoes. Chop them up then sprinkle cinnamon on top

  • Sliced chicken breasts: Slice the chicken breast down the middle and add some tomato slices, onion, garlic and mozzarella cheese.
  • Grass fed beef chili: Using chili seasoning sauce, cook some grass fed beef then add cheddar cheese
  • Spinach turkey wrap: Slice your turkey then wrap piece by piece with spinach. Add some mustard and wrap it up
