I can’t state it enough. You MUST focus daily on your body transformation. I know it isn’t easy since the media shoves outlandish numbers of 10 pounds in 7 days in our face. That can’t happen but if you focus on simple changes daily or just focus on each day, you’ll have the body transformation of your dreams.

Just having that one day at a time mindset is all you really need to transform your body. When you lose the daily focus you are more likely to skip meals, snack on junk food or skip the gym. Focus on each meal and think of compliance as a win every day.

Body Transformation Tweak # 2

Trust in your workouts. Sounds funny right? Well a big factor is people who don’t achieve their body transformation goals is switching from training method to training method. ┬áDesign your plan and work your plan

Here’s a transformation workout that I love

A1) Chin Ups- 3 sets of max reps

15 seconds rest

A2) Dumbbell Push Up w/Row-3 sets of 8 reps per arm

Rest:30 seconds

B1) Planks with alternating reaches- 3 sets of 15 reps per arm

no rest

B2) Dumbbell Steps Ups-3 sets of 10 reps per leg

Rest:45 seconds

C1) Single Arm Dumbbell Row-4 sets of 12 reps per arm

C2) Alternating Arm Swiss Ball Chest Press- 4 sets of 10 reps per arm

C3) Medicine Ball Overhead Spike- 4 sets of 30 seconds

Rest:60 seconds

Always be willing to take your body to another level. Having a hungry mind frame and not settling for what you think you can do to your body will help you in your body transformation. You can get leaner and lose more weight then you think is possible. You just have to be willing to try new things

Take all the foods that you like, the ones you know that are healthy, and mix them up. See what works. Take away all the excuses about eating healthy that have destroyed your progress in the past and throw them in the trash.

A1) Vertical Jumps- 3 sets of 30 seconds

A2) Plank Walk Ups-3 sets of 30 seconds

A3) Single Leg Bodyweight Split Squats- 3 sets of 15 reps

Rest:60 seconds

B1) Barbell Deadlifts- 3 sets of 12 reps

Rest:15 seconds

B2) Swiss Ball Knee Tucks- 3 sets of 15 reps

Rest:30 seconds

C1) Dips- 3 sets of max reps

C2) Cable Row To Squat- 3 sets of 15 reps

Rest:30 seconds
