Celebrities, reality or not, need to be in shape. I mean they are in front of the camera almost 24-7 now. As a result, they need to be in shape. Not bodybuilder contest diet lean but they need to be lean. Recently Heidi Montag has been getting some attention which raises the question, what’s Heidi Montag’s workout routine?
Now everytime someone write about Heidi Montag’s workout, they guess. Heidi’s workout has been popular in various magazines like Star and US Weekly but it’s not “from the horses” mouth per say. So you really can’t get an idea of what she does for her butt, abs and legs and lower abs.
Heidi’s trainer is Chad Waterbury, an associate of mine. I’ve talked to Chad on a few occasions and he’s a smart cookie so she’s in good hands. Heidi Montag’s workout routine consisted of various full body movements. As a matter of fact, they didn’t train in a gym all that often.
Heidi wanted a “lean” look as opposed to a figure model workout type look with more defined abs and hips. As a result of her desires and the fact that they rarely trained in a gym, they needed to get creative.
She had to train explosive and fast to build a sexy and athletic body. Here’s a sample workout
- Kettlebell Swing – 4 sets of 5-10 reps
- Medicine Ball Slam – 4 sets of 5-10 reps
- Kettlebell Deadlift – 4 sets of 5-10 reps
- Quick Sprint – 4 sets of 10 seconds
- Squat Thrust with Overhead Press – 4 sets of 5-10 reps
See how that could help to burn fat? People miss the benefits of a few, multi joint movements done in fast succession. Think Heidi Montag’s workout routine works? Look at the picture and tell me if you think it didn’t help her to lose fat.
