Bodyweight Workout Myths (Bodyweight exercises and workout plan)

    Wow. Great info. Thanks Jimmy. I’m traveling for a few months and started to gain fat. Especially around my butt and inside thighs. I hate it so muich. I cant go to the gym so ill do body excersises instead. Thnkx again

    So true i alternate between weights and body weight exercises because
    1: i get better range when i do body weight exercises and
    2: i feel that i use my muscles more due to the sensations after i do body weight exercises.
    I actually feel that i have achieved/gained something.
