ShareSo we established yesterday that you must focus on building lean muscle if you ever want to burn body fat, get leaner or get a six pack. Without muscle, your metabolism has no reason to process calories. So what is the best approach to follow?
ShareWhile overall diet modifications are best for improving heart health and reducing hypertension, it is my personal belief that people should focus on the types of foods that they eat as opposed to focusing on fixing their entire diet. These foods are some of the best heart healthy foods.
