Science Daily is reporting that chili peppers contain various nutrients that can fight stomach fat.
It has everything to do with capasaicin. Appearing in this month’s Journal of Proteome Research, the researchers fed high fat diets with capasaicin to rats. When compared to a placebo group, the capasaicin group showed increase fat loss, lower caloric intake and lower levels of fat in blood.
Will chili pepper help you lose fat or get six pack abs? I’m not too sure about that but it can’t hurt to add it into your daily supplement program. Not to mention, it’s very inexpensive.
